Pastor Rick Grundy
Pastoral Team Leader

Pastor Rick became our Senior Pastor in June, 2010. He is married to Michelle, and they have three children.

We look forward to what God is going to accomplish through Pastor Rick's ministry as he takes on his new role as shepherd of the flock here at DCC.

Faye Lucas
Office Administrator and Coordinator

Faye has served as the Office Administrator since 2002. Her responsibilities include reception, administration and pastoral care.

Faye has served in a wide variety of ministries including Children and Youth Ministries, Council of Elders, Worship Leader, Small Group Leader, Women's Ministries, Alpha Coordinator, and many other areas of ministry over the years.

Faye is married to Tom and they have one married son.
